What do you offer?

We carry a selection of high-quality diamonds, colored gemstones, and exquisite jewelry.

Are all stones genuine and certified?

Yes, all the gemstones we offer are of natural origin and are therefore genuine. Any treatments to the natural stone are always specified. All products are carefully inspected and selected according to high quality standards.

Many of our products are also offered with certification from a renowned institute (e.g., International Gemmological Institute).

Can I have you set the stone in a piece of jewelry as well?

If you are interested in purchasing a stone set in a piece of jewelry, please contact us via our contact page.

Where do the stones come from?

Our stones mainly come from the German market and
are bought by us when they are no longer needed or are damaged.
We recycle these gemstones, have them cut or polished, and
thus give them a new shine. These refurbished stones can be found
here in our shop. Thus, sustainability is a high priority for our business.
However, due to this, the original origin of our stones can only rarely be traced.

Are natural inclusions a defect?

No, natural inclusions are not a flaw but a sign of a gemstone's authenticity. They form during the natural growth process inside the earth and make each stone unique. Inclusions are completely normal in most gemstones and can vary in appearance depending on their type and origin.

We naturally ensure that we only offer high-quality stones where inclusions do not detract from the overall appearance and beauty.

Why might the gemstone's color differ slightly from the image?

The color of a gemstone can vary depending on the light source, viewing angle, and screen display. Gemstones are particularly sensitive to different lighting conditions (e.g., daylight or artificial light), which can slightly alter their color nuances.

Additionally, individual screen and device settings can lead to minimal deviations between the representation in the shop and the actual appearance. We strive to depict all products as realistically as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods will be:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Austria: 2–5 business days
  • Switzerland: 3–7 business days

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
